Duhan shows the governor of the Northern Mariana Islands, Eloy Inos, the Landing Craft Utility (LCU) 1666, as it departs from the well deck of the Ashland carrying several utility trucks that will be used during disaster relief efforts in Saipan after Typhoon Soudelor.
