    Sgt. 1st Class Elrick Richburg, 2nd Staff and Faculty engineer, guides a 120-ton, 2,100-horsepower diesel locomotive down the tracks at Joint Base Langley-Eustis July 30. Richburg is currently the only railway operations Soldier on active duty, and due to pending changes in the railway operations field, this may be a task rarely performed by uniformed personnel.
