Developing future industrial sinews: Philippine vocational schools continue to be the principle source of both skilled and semi-skilled manpower for the country's growing industrial sector. A joint project to improve Philippine vocational education - both industrial and agricultural - has seen to the upgrading or establishment of 34 trade and industrial schools and 40 agricultural schools.
