U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to Dog Company, 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 4th Infantry Division, run to secure a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) dropped at a landing zone by one of two UH-60M Blackhawk Helicopters operated by B Company, 43rd Assault Helicopter Battalion, 3rd Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division, during exercise Uhlan Fury currently being held at the General Silvestras Zlikaliskas Training Area, Pabrade, Lithuania, Aug. 12, 2015. Along with Dog Co., 173rd IBCT (A), B Co., 43rd AHB has been training with their NATO allies, Lithuanian Land Forces, Grand Duchess BirutÄ— Uhlan Battalion (BUB), as part of a larger NATO operation being conducted throughout Europe called Atlantic Resolve, the mission of which is to strengthen multinational bonds of friendship and enhance security in the region.
