APRA HARBOR, Guam (Aug. 10, 2015) - Amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48) is anchored in Apra Harbor as it picks up supplies and machinery to help disaster relief efforts for Saipan after Typhoon Soudelor.
