Timothy Menges, 560th Flying Training SquadronT-38C pilot instructor, describes a T-6 Texan II to Jorge Ortiz, a 10-year-old recovering from cancer, during his tour of the 560th Flying Training Squadron Dec. 17, 2014, at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph. Ortiz participated in the 12th Flying Training Wing Pilot for a Day Program.
