The 4th Infantry Division deputy commanding general, Brig. Gen. Tim Daugherty, shares a few laughs with the Latvian Land Forces Commander Col. Martins Liberts during the Team of Attack Competition held on Adazi Military Base, Latvia, Aug. 6. The competition was conducted to increase unit camaraderie among U.S. and Latvian forces and provide leadership and congressional delegates from the House of Armed Services Committee a glimpse of the partnership taking place during Operation Atlantic Resolve.
