The Havelock Fire Department uses their trucks as static displays to show support during National Night Out at Walter B. Jones Park in Havelock, North Carolina, Aug. 2015. National Night Out is an event held across the country that began in 1984 to strengthen police-community partnerships and generate support for local anticrime efforts while sending a message to criminals, letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
