Lt. Col. Albert Paquin, deputy commander of 3rd Brigade Combat Team, presents a coin to Rodney Kramer, a 97-year-old veteran of World War II at Fort Bragg, N.C., Aug. 4, 2015. Kramer served as an artilleryman assigned to the 456th Battalion, 82nd Airborne Division, which was attached to the 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment.
