Soldiers with the 2nd Battalion, 198th Armored Regiment, Mississippi Army National Guard, fire a 120mm mortar during a deliberate attack event with air and artillery support while participating in an Exportable Combat Training Capability exercise Aug. 4, 2015, at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center, Miss. The XCTC supports the Army's Total Force Policy and the benefits include increased individual Soldier and collective battle staff proficiency, standard operating procedure exchanges and stronger cross component relationships.
