SAN DIEGO (Aug. 3, 2015) - A Lighter, Amphibious, Resupply, Cargo, 5 ton (LARC-V) vehicle enters the water during a training exercise using the Offshore Petroleum Distribution System (OPDS). The exercise, which involved Sailors and Marines, simulated the transport of fuel from amphibious to shore operations and helped strengthen joint operability among the branches.
