150719-A-YZ667-003 KEY WEST, Fla., (July 18, 2015) - Members of the Colombian Navy were invited aboard the USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1) during Fleet Experimentation (FLEX) period two to observe unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) launch and recovery operations as part of subject-matter expert exchange (SMEE) in support of Southern Partnership Station 2015 (SPS-15).
