Stan Standridge, Abilene chief of police and U.S. Air Force Col. Michael Bob Starr, 7th Bomb Wing commander, lead a discussion during a Leadership and Innovation Forum June 16, 2015, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. As the guest speaker for the forum, Standridge spoke about building relationships and mutual trust, as well as his personal experiences while on the police force.
