Shelton Carr, a crane operator with the 441st Transportation Company (Seaport Operations), move cargo containers that are being transported to a tractor trailer for distribution during the Big Logistics-Over-The-Shore (BIGLOTS) exercise on Military Ocean Terminal Concord, Calif., Aug. 1, 2015. Soldiers of the 441st Trans. Company provided logistical support and transportation services to more than 750 Army Reserve Soldiers for the two-week long training exercise.
