Joshua Simmons, an Army Reserve combat engineer with the 346th Engineer Company (Route Clearance), of Knightdale, N.C., loads an M2 Browning .50-caliber machine gun onto the back of a light-medium tactical vehicle after a familiarization range at Fort Chaffee, Ark., Aug. 2, during Operation River Assault, a bridging training exercise involving Army Engineers and other support elements to create a modular bridge on the water across the Arkansas River.
