The U.S. Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon with Marines Barracks Washington (MBW), performs during the evening parade at MBW, Washington, D.C., July 24, 2015. Gen. Joseph F. Dunford Jr., Commandant of the Marine Corps, was the official host and Navy Adm. Jonathan W. Greenert, Chief of Naval Operations, was the guest of honor. The Evening Parade summer tradition began in 1934, and features the Silent Drill Platoon, the U.S. Marine Band, the U.S. Marine Drum and Bugle Corps alongside two marching companies.
