Col. Damian T. Donahoe, commander of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division, Iowa Army National Guard, welcomes the employers of Iowa citizen-Soldiers to Joint Readiness Training Center in Fort Polk, La. The employers, who employ Iowans from every part of the state, were invited to the Joint Readiness Training Center by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve in order to see firsthand what their citizen-Soldiers do during their annual two-week absence from their full-time jobs.
