Bob Cepek, mission commander of Southern Partnership Station 2015 (SPS-JHSV 15) for providing a tour of the USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1). Clarke wished the military and Military Sealift Command (MSC) crew good luck with the remainder of the mission, on July 22.
