150728-A-ZK151-029: Hohenfels, Germany – American and German service members discussed final plans for Exercise Swift Response during a conference held July 28, at Camp Albertshof, Hohenfels, Germany. Members of 10 allied nations, to include U.S., developed a plan for air component allies to coordinate movement of air assets for the exercise, which is scheduled to take place at Joint Multinational Readiness Center's Hohenfels Training Area later in August. The final intent for this mission is to validate the ability to employ the quick response of a multinational brigade in the event of a global crisis, said Army Capt. Matthew Pride, lead planner for the exercise. “We are showcasing NATO as an [operating] force, not just a concept,” he said. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt.
