A platoon leader with the Mississippi National Guard's Company D, 1st Battalion, 155th Infantry Regiment, Mississippi Army National Guard, explains decisions he made during a training engagement to his Soldiers during an after action review while participating in an Exportable Combat Training Capability exercise at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center, near Hattiesburg, Miss., on July 29. The XCTC gives Soldiers and units the opportunity to strengthen their individual and combat readiness.
