A U.S. Marine with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), acting as a simulated non-combatant evacuee, is checked for hazardous material during a Non-Combatant Evacuation Operation (NEO) aboard the USS Arlington (LPD 24) in the Atlantic Ocean, July 23, 2015.
