U.S. Marines and sailors with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), acting as simulated non-combatant evacuees, go through a screening process during a Non-Combatant Evacuation Operation (NEO) aboard the USS Arlington (LPD 24) in the Atlantic Ocean, July 23, 2015.
