Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Priscilla Kramer collects sealed packages of sterile dental tools outside a trailer where Army and Navy dentists are providing free dental care in Malden, Mo. Kramer is one of the members of Expeditionary Medical Facility Great Lakes to support Operation Bootheel, an Innovative Readiness Training exercise that provides free medical, dental and vision care to communities in the Missouri Delta Region. Civil-military IRT projects enhance unit training and readiness while filling a community need.
