Cpt. Faith Thompson of the 7210 Medical Support Unit and Spc. Aaron Purnell of the 7212 Medical Support Unit extract a tooth from a patient at the Dexter, Mo., free dental clinic. The Innovative Readiness Training exercise known as Operation Bootheel, named for the southeast corner of Missouri, provided Soldiers and Sailors with a chance to provide free health care directly to local communities from July 13-23, 2015.
