Dominican children wait for a class to start while U.S. service members from the Advanced Coordination Element team survey their school, Dominican Grammar School, in Roseau, Dominica, July 22, 2015, along with Dominican government officials. The school will be used as a medical site where citizens of the Commonweatlh of Dominica may receive free medical and dental care during Operation Continuing Promise 2015. Operation Continuing Promise is a mission in which the United States military works with host nations to provide humanitarian assistance and execute civil-military operations within the Caribbean and Central and South America.
