U.S. Army Pvt. Noel D. Toye, a Combat Documentation/Production Specialist, assigned to the 55th Signal Company (Combat Camera), participates in the Tire Flip event during the Hilda’s Challenge, which takes place on day 1 of the 2015 3rd Annual Spc. Hilda I. Clayton Best Combat Camera (COMCAM) Competition held at Fort George G. Meade, Md., July 13, 2015. The event is the third annual competition hosted by the 55th Signal Company (Combat Camera) from 13th of July through the 17th of July. This year the competition is open to all branches and components in the Combat Camera community. Events include The Hilda’s Challenge, a written exam, foot march, weapons qualification range, obstacle course, Quick Reactionary Force lane, capabilities brief, and the submission of a picture story and multimedia video for judging.
