Sgt. Ji Woong Chang (right), a 545th Harbormaster Operations Detachment and Korea native, 8th Theater Sustainment Command Soldier, bridges the language barrier between members of his unit and the Republic of Korea Soldiers during the Combined Joint Logistics Over-the-Shore (CJLOTS) 2015 exercise, June 29 through July 9, on Amnyeon Beach, South Korea. The purpose of CJLOTS 2015 was to allow the U.S. and ROK the ability to transfer solid and liquid cargo from the sea to shore. This improves logistical capabilities, communication and cooperation between the U.S. and South Korea.
