A Marine assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, embarked aboard the forward-deployed amphibious transport dock USS Denver, exits his amphibious assault vehicle in Denver's well deck. Denver is part of the Denver Amphibious Ready Group and is conducting amphibious integration training with the 31st MEU off the coast of Okinawa, Japan, in preparation for Fall Patrol.
