(July 15th, 2015) - Navy teen Spencer Place from Panama City Beach, gives an on-camera interview to local media reporter Samantha Read with WJHG Channel 7 news talking about his PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) certification while taking part in a Scuba Diving and Water Adventures Camp out of Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC). The camp is part of the Navy Teen Summer Camp Scholarship Program (SCSP) and NSA PC is one of five Navy bases worldwide that has a program in which teens can apply.
