U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. James W. Hotaling, Air National Guard command chief, shared lunch with a group of Airmen from the 116th Air Control Wing and the 202nd Engineering Installation Squadron, Georgia Air National Guard, giving the Airmen a chance to share what was on their minds and ask questions of the chief during a visit at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., July 16, 2015. During his visit, Hotaling conducted two town hall style meetings and met with key enlisted leadership councils and Airmen resiliency representatives. His time with the Airmen focused on sharing his message of a renewed commitment to the profession of arms, health of the force, and recognition of our Airmen and accomplishments. The visit offered the opportunity for Airmen in the wing to meet their top leader, share their concerns and gain perspective from the national level. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Tech. Sgt.
