Chief of the Army Reserve Lt. Gen. Jack Stultz is welcomed to the stage Sept. 28 with a standing ovation. Stultz spoke during the grand opening ceremony for the new U.S. Army Reserve Strategic Deployment Site in Robstown, Texas. The 120,000 square foot humidity controlled warehouse will help units throughout the southwest and south central United States prolong the life of their equipment and have it readily available for training and deployment situations.
