The construction of the troop shelter was a task assigned to the Airmen in support of Exercise Flying Rose. The 128th Air Refueling Wing Civil Engineering Squadron Airmen were participating in Exercise Flying Rose, an exchange exercise between the U.S. Air National Guard and British Army where forces deploy to one another’s countries and work to complete construction-related tasks.
