U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Connor Larkin, a power production with the 128th Air Refueling Wing, Wisconsin, shovels sand into a cement mixer June 12, 2015, at Kinloss Barracks in Morayshire, Scotland, United Kingdom. The cement was being used to fill the concrete pads at the Kinloss Barracks Single Living Accommodation. The 128 ARW Civil Engineering Squadron Airmen were building the concrete pads in support of Exercise Flying Rose, an exchange exercise between the U.S. Air National Guard and British Army, where forces deploy to one another’s countries and work to complete construction-related tasks.
