Cpt. Shane Agueros shakes hands with retired Army Lt. Col. Thomas Hendrix after he assumes command of B Company 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment. Lt Col. Hendrix, who works for Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq, was honored to be able to attend the change of command ceremony and watch his son Cpt. Jeffrey Hendrix relinquish command to Agueros. "This is an opportunity I never thought I would have, to share this day with my son," he said.
