Paul Solbas, U.S. Army Reserve Combat Engineer platoon sergeant for the 374th Engineer Company (Sapper), headquartered in Concord, Calif., waits for Soldiers to finish their night land navigation course at Camp San Luis Obispo Military Installation, Calif., July 15, during a two-week field exercise known as a Sapper Leader Course Prerequisite Training.
