A paramedic with Elite Medical Transport assists role player victims with minor injuries in the multi-patient vehicle MPV 9-01 during Iron Response July 9. MPV 9-01 is one of 13 mass casualty evacuation ambulances in Texas, and has the capabilities to help 17 patients laying down and up to 28 in a seated combination. Part of the Texas Emergency Medical Task Force, MPV 9-01 can respond to medical emergencies anywhere regionally, up to 200 miles.
