    SAIPAN (April 8, 2015) Chief Master-at-Arms Natalie Dymond, assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), is presented with a lei by a senior citizen at the Office of Aging recreational center during a port visit in Saipan. The Office of Aging provides programs and recreational activities for senior citizens. Frank Cable is in Saipan for liberty and to provide Sailors the opportunity to interact with local residents to learn more about the culture of Saipan. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility and is currently on a scheduled underway period.
