Spc. Andrew Frischmon and Spc. Calvin Schave both carpentry/masonry specialist with the 851st Vertical Engineer Company of Camp Ripley, Minn., paint the final layer on the ceiling of the newly rebuilt entryway in the community center in village of Račinovci, Croatia, July 3, 2015. Soldiers from the 851st VEC and the Croatian army, Mechanized Armored Brigade are working together in partnership with U.S. European Command to complete the Humanitarian Civic Assistance project for the village of Račinovci, Croatia. The village was impacted by serve flooding May 2014 and the service members will rebuild the community center in less than three weeks.
