Sgt. Michael Blouch, carpentry/masonry specialist with the 851st Vertical Engineer Company and native of St. Cloud, Minn., help a Croatian army Soldier of the Mechanized Armored Brigade lay tiles on the newly reconstructed community center roof in village of Račinovci, Croatia, July 2, 2015. Soldiers from the 851st VEC and the Croatian Army, Mechanized Armored Brigade are working together in partnership with U.S. European Command to complete a Humanitarian Civic Assistance project for the village of Račinovci, Croatia. The village was impacted by serve flooding May 2014 and the service members will rebuild the community center in less than three weeks.
