Grant Norman, carpentry/masonry specialist with the 851st Vertical Engineer Company and native of Ramsey, Minn., prepares a board for the team rebuilding the roof community center in village of Račinovci, Croatia, June 29, 2015. Soldiers from the 851st VEC and the Croatian Army, Mechanized Armored Brigade are working together in partnership with U.S. European Command to complete the Humanitarian Civic Assistance project for the village of Račinovci, Croatia. The village was impacted by serve flooding May 2014.
