150710-N-PO203-002 VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia (July 10, 2015) Navy Reserve Chief Electronics Technician Phillip Edwards tows an autonomous surface vehicle back to land during a July 10 practice run for the 2015 AUVSI Foundation and Office of Naval Research-sponsored International RoboBoat competition in Virginia Beach, Va. The vessel, dubbed NCKU by its team from the National Cheng Kung University located in Tainan, Taiwan, is one of 16 boats competing this year.
