TIKRIT, Iraq (April 29, 2006) - Division Command Sgt. Maj. Frank Grippe, Task Force Band of Brothers and 101st Airborne Division, congratulates Capt. Christopher Hallows, who finished the Rock N Roll Marathon in first place. Hallows is attached to the 101st Airborne Division and crossed the finish line with a time of 3:07:23. The race distance was miscalculated, causing Hallows to run 28.8 miles, more than two miles further than marathon distance.
