Bulgarian Land Forces 61st Mechanized Brigade from Karlovo and U.S. Army 2nd Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment, out of Vilseck, Germany, discuss the bilateral training they just conducted here, Sept. 17, in an effort to learn from each other's tactics and techniques. The Bulgarian and American forces trained together as part of the Joint Task Force-East exercises. JTF-E is part of a continuing effort by the United States and its partners in the region to improve interoperability and develop relationships with partner militaries that lead to success in theater security operations.
