Steven White, Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Marine with Black Sea Rotational Force, and native of Beaver Falls, Pa., plays soccer with local children from Constanta, Romania, during the Fourth of July celebration aboard Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, July 3. The U.S. Marines and U.S. Army hosted the event for children who are part of group homes that falls under the Child Protective Agency of Romania. Marines with Black Sea Rotational Force have an enduring partnership with the Child Protective Agency of Romania by giving their time during various events throughout the year.
