Brig. Gen. Mike Tarsa, deputy commanding general, 4th Infantry Division, presents a gift to Lithuanian Maj. Gen. Almantas Leika, commander, Lithuanian Land Forces, during a Fourth of July celebration at the Gen. Adolfas Ramanauskas combat training center in Nemecine, Lithuania. Tarsa is commanding the 4th Infantry Division Mission Command Element, which is deployed to Europe as part of the regionally aligned forces in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. The 4th Infantry Division Soldiers and Lithuanian soldiers spent the day together learning about Lithuanian history and culture before ending the day with an American-style Independence Day barbecue.
