Spc. Tristen Pfaff, a carpenter/masonry specialist with the 851st Vertical Engineer Company out of Camp Ripley, Minn., cuts a precise angle into lumber with a member of the Croatian army that will be used to help rebuild a roof in the village of Račinovci, Croatia June 29, 2015. Pfaff and other Soldiers of the 851st Vertical Engineer Company will work side-by-side with the Croatian army, Armored Mechanic Brigade for repairs and to rebuild a roof on a damaged community center in the village of Račinovci, Croatia. The project is a Humanitarian Civic Assistance project made possible by the U.S. European Command in partnership with the U.S. Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia.
