Sergeant Major O'Neil O. Weilbacher sits with his family, from Micronesia, while he listens to friend and colleage, Col. George H. Bristol, shortly before speaking during his retirement ceremony at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Sept. 11. Weilbacher is retiring after 30 years of service. "I am proud to say, I am one of over 50 members from the Walter and Weilbacher family who have served and are currently serving in the U.S. armed services," said Weilbacher.
