    While the M198 Howitzer which is the first gun to fire the first round down range during Operation Desert Storm heads to the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Quantico, Va., Production Plant Barstow continues forward with processes for refurbishing its replacement, the M777 Howitzer, aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif.'s Yermo Annex, June 23.
