Brig. Gen. Simon C. Hetherington, the XVIII Airborne Corps deputy commanding general-operations, operates the Secure En Route Communications Package as part of the Air Force’s Joint Forcible Entry-Vulnerability, en route to Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., June 20, 2015. The XVIII ABC participated in the exercise to test communications equipment necessary for strategic deployment and in-flight rigging for a joint forcible entry operation.
