Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Milhorn, deputy commanding general-support for Joint Task Force 505 during Operation Sahyogi Haat and commanding general of the Pacific Ocean Division, visited the blood center constructed by the Alaska District at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Kathmandu following the deadly earthquakes in April and May. The facility suffered no damage in the earthquake and remained operable.
